glass making

There are several steps to produce glass. First, the materials such as sand, soda, and limestone must be reduced to powder. After the coarse parts are sifted, the mixed materials are heated in a furnace for five or six hours in very high temperature. Then the result of the heating process, which is liquid form, will be distributed to two places. In the first place, the result will be shaped by rollers and then cooled to form a flat shape which process will produce plate glass as the result. In the second place, the result of the heating process is put in removable mould and blown with air. After the mixture is cooled, the mould can be removed and a bottle glass has been formed.
