The Reason Why Are ITB'S Alumni Get Difficult in Getting Jobs

Have we ever thought that will we be certain in getting a job after graduated. Nowadays, there is a issue saying that ITB's alumni are difficult to get a job. The main reason is they have bad attitudes like egoism and low teamwork. Other reasons like low IP or bad english are not a big problem if their attitude is good. Egoism and low teamwork made a project spend much time and budget. So, it is thought as an inhibitor in working. Every company need not it. So, as new generation of ITB who want get a good job, we must cut it down. There are no egoism and low teamwork in ourselves.
