The glass making process

Glass is made throughout several steps. First, set up ingredients and instrument required to make glass. The main ingredients consist of soda (Na₂CO₃), sand (SiO₂), and limestone (CaO). Then, mix up all of ingredients in the furnace. After that, burn the ingredients at certain temperature. Leave the mixture in the furnace, so that all compounds have melted. The next step, the molten is divided into two processes. First process, the mixture is passed through a roller. Hence, we get a flat glass. Second process, the molten poured into removable mould and blown by air. We get then bottle glass from this process.
