The Benefits of Swimming ( 2 nd edition )

I very like swimming. Swimming is a good activity. It is very useful for our body. By swimming, we are able to make ourself become health people. We can increase our height and lose our weight. Based on some researches, by swimming our height will get higher so fast that we can reach our maximum height. Swimming is very useful for our mind too. By swimming, we can refresh our mind and create some innovative ideas for our life. Based on some researches, when one's body is in water ( we can deem this as swimming ), he / she will be able to manage their emotion, his / her mind will get fresher, for example many people when they swim can find the best solution for their difficult problems that haven't been solved well for very long period. Therefore, based on all above reasons, we can conclude that swimming can bring many benefits for all of us. These are the reasons why I very like swimming.
