I have couple reasons why I like swimming very much. For one thing, swimming is recognized as one of the best form of physical exercises available that I know it can bring me to get healthier body. Indeed, swimming can make me healthier as I feel many different muscles are used in the act of swimming and all of these are strengthened when I have sessions of swimming regularly. Another reason I like swimming is that it's one of the few ways I can cool off and exercise at the same time. Besides that, swimming has made me get better shape of body that I'm taller and slimmer than I was. The final reason I prefer swimming because I can do it all year even during the rainy season.
