Delicious and Healthy Banana
I like banana so much. It can be a fruit, a cake, an ice cream, or a milkshake. There are many kinds of bananas which is every kind of bananas has its unique to be consumed, for example is 'pisang nangka' that is very delicious when it is fried. Because of that we can create many recipes from bananas and we will not be bored to eat banana. Besides its delicious taste, banana is easy to get and cheap. Although the price is cheap, but banana is very healthy. Banana contains everything a human needs, it contains 75% water, 21% carbohydrate, about 1% each of fat, protein, fiber, and ash, and all the 8 amino acids that our body cannot produce itself. Then banana is good source of potassium and vitamin C. So, there are many advantages we get from consuming bananas.
