In Europe, football games have become industries which can earn lots of money. For example, in season 2006-2007 income during Champions League reached 750 million euros. (www.uefa.com) The money mainly came from television revenues and commercial contracts. That amount of money then was distributed for various necessities, including price money for the winner. Last year champion received 7 million euros from UEFA (European Football Association), not including the prize money which they received during qualification legs. A research also has released a fact that last year champion received not less than 100 million euros, mostly from television revenues.
