Stress

Stress is a physical problem which is appears when someone feels under pressure. It can be caused by personal problems or economics problems and can easily happens to anyone with closed personality. Someone who has a high level stress might be lost their emotional control. That will make him or her can not use their common sense and the worst effect of stress is someone can lose their memories.

If someone feel stress, he or she can reduce it by go on doing something that can make them relax, for example go on vacation or doing some hobbies. With vacation and doing some hobbies someone can forget their problems for a while and refresh their mind.

Stress can be prevent by several ways. First, by always have a positive thinking because with it someone can convince themself that they can face their problems. Second, have a consultation with others in order to release their mind's load. The last is with physical therapy.

Stress is a part of daily living.
